Data we process
Appointment, product and catalog requests contain your name, email, optional telephone and message, and selected product or catalog. Technical data include IP addresses and operational and security logs. Contact details are needed to handle your request; telephone and message are optional.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle requests, send requested documents and take steps towards a contract at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Website protection and necessary correspondence rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics and marketing cookies, if enabled, rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
Retention
We retain personal data submitted via forms for a period of 120 months from the date the data were provided or consent was given.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time free of charge by written or electronic notice to the controller; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Exercise your rights at hvt@hvt.cz. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz). We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
