Furthermore, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On certain information society services, as amended, I give the administrator consent to the use of personal data provided above to send business messages concerning the business activities of the administrator, especially business messages related to goods , services or the administrator’s business. Consent to the sending of commercial communications may be revoked at any time by written or electronic communication to the administrator.

I acknowledge that I have the right to request free access to personal data concerning the data subject from the controller, the right to request their correction or deletion, or restrictions on processing, and I have the right to object to processing, and I also have other rights under § 11, 21 of Act . No. 101/2000 Coll.
